Seattle, WA 8/8/2011 We used Arista Catering for our company picnic. The caterers arrived on time, set out the food and came back to clear up. The entire thing was handled smoothly and efficiently and the best part were the raves received regarding the food. 8/4/2011 ARISTA Catering, catered our annual company Summer Party on July 29 2011 and we choose a Hawaiian Luau theme for the event. I'm a Director of Quality so I'm generally very picky. What I can say is the food and service was absolutely superb. We still have people talking about how much fun they had at the event and how good the food was, we featured a whole pig which we dressed up with company items and logos. Brett of course suggested and helped to set this up during the planning phase.
The staff was very professional and very courteous; I cannot say enough good things about them. They set up the event and provided all necessary equipment, and cleaned up everything after the event was finished. Without any reservation I would highly recommend ARISTA Catering for your special event.

8/3/2011 With just a few weeks notice, our family needed a private room for a wedding rehearsal/family/friends dinner for July 2 late afternoon/evening dinner. Calling from Chicago area after getting Arista Catering/Seattle from Google, I made several calls over a week or so, and Brett Willard set us up with a lovely room at the Swedish Cultural Center, with walls of windows, and catered a buffet dinner for forty people, providing a delicious menu, which also required and met dietary restrictions. The tables were set with tablecloths, chairs in place, the buffet all ready and appropriate dishes on warmers. Brett helped me over all the different considerations in setting this up. 8/1/2011 Arista Catering catered our daughter, Bailey's wedding on July 24, 2011. Brett, the owner, was at the helm throughout the entire process. He suggested great items for the menu, revised the menu each time we asked him to change something (with no complaints or whining), and made suggestions about the placement of food and drink items, guest tables, dj/dance floor, and decorations/place settings. The food was delicious and he was at the event the entire time.
He also answers his phone and responds to e-mails right away; a very important trait when planning a big event involving multiple vendors.
We would recommend Brett and his wonderfully professional and friendly crew for any event you may be planning. Give him a call; you'll be happy you did.

7/30/2011 My husband's law firm hired Arista Catering to provide food for an open house style reception to celebrate the opening of their new office in Seattle. We have hired many caterers in the past, but Brett with Arista really stepped in and showed us how a party should be. The food was amazing and the set up, the tuxedo clad waiters and the beautiful stemware, silver and linens made the event perfect.
We had so many people comment on the food and how delicious it was. We will be using Arista again. In fact we have had a few people call to ask who the caterer was. Try the prawn croquets.

7/21/2011 Arista catering did our wedding early June this year. My husband and I tried a number of caterer and this one was by FAR our FAVORITE. The food was EXCELLENT and very flavorful! Most of other wedding caterer food was super blend to "please wide range of guest." Bleh.
We ordered a fresh (never frozen!) salmon filet and prime rib lunch buffet. We got SO many compliments about the food! Everyone absolutely loved it. That really made us happy because we invited those who are most dear to us to our wedding- we wanted to treat them well!
The price was fantastic, the linens they picked out was beautiful, and the SILVERWARE & GLASSWARE were also very impressive. No cheap looking stuff- these were AWESOME. Brett, whom we worked with, was amazing. He put a lot of thought into our event and he really knew what he was doing. He ran through every little details of the events with us and was in control. He even added a little surprise in the champagne classes by adding a raspberry in it! SO pretty. I was super happy.
All in all, I was very impressed and happy with them. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because we apparently ran short with some food. Everyone went nuts over the salmon (I'm telling you, it was FANTASTIC) and people towards the end didn't get them. I guess there was a misunderstanding- guests were supposed to take either Salmon OR the beef, not BOTH. Everyone took everything.... and tried to go for seconds. I guess it was a bit of my fault for not warning them we have big eaters in our group! Still, I highly recommend them!

5/12/2011 The Mercer Island Women's Club had a 30th Anniversary High Tea Celebration at a local church here on Mercer Island.
Brett and his wonderful crew were outstanding! The women were delighted to be served with such a professional team. They were wonderful to work with and the room looked like the Queen could walk in at any moment! The presentation was colorful and fit for royalty with delicious food & tea. They were there early and stayed late to set-up and clean-up. We would be glad to have them caterer for us again.

4/8/2011My daughter recently got married and we chose Arista Catering to provide the buffet for us. We couldn't have been more pleased with the results. Afterwards, we heard comments that Arista's food was better than the rehearsal dinner we had eaten the night before at a well-established restaurant.
He provided our guests with a delicious, filling, exceptional meal, which is what we wanted. Brett went the extra mile: taking many notes at the tasting, working with us as we fine-tuned the menu, helping us out with seating arrangements. He is very professional, organized and friendly. For the cost, we felt his food made the whole experience of our daughter's wedding a night to remember. Thank you Brett! -Mary
